Scope
These terms apply to consulting, development and project services by SkinXpert CH GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services
The specific scope of services is defined in the respective offer, project agreement or written arrangement with the client.
Confidentiality
Project information, formulations, technical documents and business secrets are treated confidentially. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be concluded before project start upon request.
Client cooperation
The client provides the information, specifications and approvals required for project work in a timely manner.
Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions and individual contractual agreements. Liability for indirect damages or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is determined by contractual agreements or statutory provisions.
